Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how HayKul (“HayKul,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our online store, create an account, or place an order. By using our site you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — name, email address, username, and password when you register an account.
- Social login information — if you choose to sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple, we receive your name and email address from that provider to create or access your account. We do not receive your social account password.
- Order & shipping information — the products you purchase, along with the billing and shipping address, name, and contact details needed to fulfill your order.
- Payment information — payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our servers.
- Technical information — basic data such as IP address, browser type, and cookies used to operate the store, maintain your session, and keep your cart.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate your sign-in.
- To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders.
- To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- To send transactional messages such as order confirmations and shipping updates.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
- To comply with our legal and tax obligations.
3. Social Login (Google, Facebook, Apple)
When you sign in using a third-party provider, we use the name and email address returned by that provider solely to create or log you into your HayKul account. We request only basic profile and email permissions. We do not post to your social accounts and we do not access your contacts or friends. You can always create an account with an email and password instead of using social login.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and are subject to Stripe’s own privacy policy. We receive only the information necessary to confirm your payment and fulfill your order (such as payment status and the last four digits of your card).
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the store — including our payment processor (Stripe), hosting providers, and shipping/fulfillment partners — strictly to perform services on our behalf.
- Authentication providers (Google, Facebook, Apple) when you choose to use social login.
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember the contents of your cart, and understand how the store is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect site functionality such as checkout.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, or to delete the account created through social login, contact us at support@haykul.net. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. For step-by-step instructions, see our Data Deletion page.
9. Children's Privacy
Our store is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the store or by email where appropriate.
11. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, contact us at support@haykul.net.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and trusted third-party processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.
