We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear deployment. If your pocket dump has not been carried and you've changed your mind, we are here to assist with a returns authorization.
30-Day Window
Return requests must be initiated within **30 days** from the original shipment delivery date. Returns initiated outside this window will not be authorized.
Uncarried Condition
Items must be in **brand-new, uncarried, and pristine condition**, with all original packaging boxes, spare fasteners, and modular hex tools intact.
Refund Execution
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, minus original shipping costs. Return shipping labels and costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom Engraving Exclusions
Because custom laser-engraved products (such as personalized titanium panels, anodized parts, or wallets etched using the storefront customizer) are permanently custom-etched to your specifications, they are **final sale and completely non-returnable**. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom engraved products unless there is a physical hardware defect covered under the lifetime warranty terms.
