How to Request Deletion

Email us at support@haykul.net from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” To help us verify your identity and locate your account, please send the request from that same email address.

We will confirm receipt, delete the personal data associated with your account, and notify you once it is complete — within 30 days of verifying your request.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, username).
• The connection between your account and your Google/Facebook/Apple sign-in.
• Saved shipping and billing addresses.
• Other personal data we hold that is not subject to a legal retention requirement.

What We May Retain

We may retain a limited record of completed orders and transactions where required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations. These records are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used to re-identify you for marketing. Payment card details are held by our payment processor (Stripe), not by HayKul.

Removing the Facebook Connection

You can also revoke HayKul’s access to your Facebook account directly from Facebook: go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select HayKul, and remove it. Doing so stops future sharing; to also delete data already stored with us, send the deletion request above.
